Britt Nichols began his recruiting career on Park Avenue in New York working for Smith Hanley Associates focusing primarily on Financial Services Executive Level and Management professionals. After several years he moved to Orlando and spent the next decade plus in the Senior Management of The Primary Group and Corporate Search America focusing his hiring efforts on a wide variety of Individual Contributors, Management, and “C” level executive professionals across a multiple marketplaces and disciplines. A proud father and husband, Britt Nichols is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University.
A Hershey, PA native, Tom Ratcliff obtained his bachelor’s degree from Pennsylvania State University with dual majors in business and the life sciences. His professional career started with pharmaceutical sales for Ciba-Geigy where he was quickly promoted through the ranks to become a Senior Medical Research Associate. He was responsible for initiating phase 2 and phase 3 clinical neurological studies requiring constant travel throughout the United States. Tom continued in the medical arena pursuing careers in medical sales and management for TOKOS Medical Corporation and Healthdyne Maternity Management Services as their Southwestern Regional Director. Tom concluded his corporate tenure as VP of Operations for a Dallas company, Medical Alliance, Inc.
Tom then opened his own medical sales recruiting agency in Dallas, TX and continued servicing the medical sales community until moving to Orlando, FL in 2002. In Orlando Tom became a senior manager with the recruiting firm Corporate Search America. Currently, Tom is co-owner in Harpwood, Inc. a Medical Sales and Business to Business recruiting firm in Altamonte Springs, FL. Tom is married to a wonderful wife and mother to their son, James (Woody) Ratcliff. “When I am not working, I spend my time with family and fish frequently in the world famous Mosquito Lagoon on the east coast of central Florida.”
