Harpwood Enterprise –
For companies requiring more than 6 hires per month, Harpwood recommends our Enterprise Solution. This is a full end-to-end RPO solution specifically designed for larger organizations. Harpwood first works with your team as a consultant to identify the challenges and areas of improvement, and then begins to craft a custom enterprise solution to manage all of your hiring needs. This requires a flexible long term commitment that is exceedingly cost effective. As with all of Harpwood’s services you receive:

  • One or more Hiring Consultants to coach and assist Hiring Managers through the process.
  • Access to Harpwood’s technology removing the need for an ATS, screening tools, candidate CRM system, job boards, etc.
  • Complete tracking of metrics and EEO compliance
  • Posting to major career sites as appropriate or necessary
  • Targeted sourcing through direct recruiting means

Harpwood SP -

For companies requiring a support for a specific project of 10 positions or more, Harpwood recommends our SP Solution. This option has been specifically designed for organizations expanding a division, moving into new markets, or segmenting particular business unit. Harpwood still provides our unique support and services but only requires a limited commitment for the duration of the project. The average cost per hire of this type of solution is highly compelling and requires no ongoing commitment beyond the original block of positions. As with all of Harpwood’s services you receive:

  • One or more Hiring Consultants to coach and assist Hiring Managers through the process.

Harpwood Classic -

For some companies, an unbundled solution is still really best option. In these unique small volume situations, Harpwood can still provide an exclusive premier executive recruiting solution in a timely cost effective manner. Although this option is more expensive than a full RPO model it is still more cost effective than most executive recruitment solutions. This option is best suited for small hiring needs and unique high level searches. Like with all of our other solutions, we approach the search from with a total solution mindset to provide comprehensive tracking and results.
